Condos Vue is a project in preparation for the industrial sector between rue Jean-Talon Street, Buchan and Avenue Mountain Sights.
Although the land is currently occupied by various commercial and industrial buildings, the Canvar Group will soon offer Condos Vue, building about 100 units each ranging from 10 to 12 floors with indoor parking.
This project is part of a larger site which is to redevelop much of the area near metro Namur in the Cote-des-Neiges borough.

The fourth phase is located on Buchan street, a few minutes walk from the Namur metro station. This building was built on a former parking lot.
