This building is the first construction of a 5 buildings complex of 12 floors each. The project Lux Résidences Gouverneur is a residential project for seniors, A 140 million dollars project which will include 900 luxury apartments and multiple services.

Located close to the Olympic Stadium the Lux will offers a luxurious environment for autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors. In October 2008 the first phase of 326 appartments is supposed be delivered.

Referring to a castle, the sleek lines of these buildings were designed by the architect firm DCYSM.
