Louis Bohème Condos

fact_histo

This building will be stuck for another 28-storey tower, built on top of the subway station Place des Arts. The full project counts 282 apartments units in condo. The building will have a modern and sophisticated design.

The total cost of the construction is around $ 70 million. It will have an integrated entry into Metro Place des Arts and… a novelty: a space in the basement for bikes for each owner. Inhabitants of the largest tower will be lucky to have a clear view of Montreal because of the square garden Domtar located the other side of the street.

Delivery is scheduled for September 2009 and the project is undertaken by a Sacresa Canada subsidiary of a Barcelona real estate company.
