Altitude project is being planned on the parking lots located at the corner of Cathcart and University, a stone's throw from the Place Ville-Marie.
The skyscraper will be a building with luxury condos, a prestige project which will offer the same types of services that the hotel such as pool, spa, fitness center, lounge, restaurant, business center, conference room, security guard, concierge service and valet.
project is led by the Group Daca who will act as developers and builders plans will came from Groupe Jean-Pierre Lagacé Architects while Nicole Vekemans handle the design side. Nicolet, Chartrand, Knoll (NCK) which among others participated in the project of the Louvre Pyramid, will act as a structural engineer while Bouthillette Parizeau (EPS) are the mechanical engineers of the building.
Penthouse of up to 3000 square feet will occupy the three top floors. while the lower floors will be occupied by condos of 844 square feet or more. Large balconies are provided for all apartments. Prices are not yet known.
