    The Jean-Talon Tower totaly dominates the landscape around, straddling Villeray and Rosemont-Petite-Patrie. The building is built above the subway station of the same name and has shops on the first basement floor (Promenade Jean-Talon).

    This building is an example of project TOC Travel Oriented City , to maximize land occupation near transportation hubs.
