LEED Buildings in Montreal

The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) was developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) to allow manufacturers to comply with standards for energy efficiency and environmental impact.

We put on this page LEED certified buildings in the city of Montreal and projects in process of being one. If it seems like some are missing, it because the list of USGBC is on a voluntary base. Some managers may have decided not to be posted on the website of the organization. Also, some buildings are not present because they are simply not yet listed on our website.

Several developers announces at the beginning of the construction of their building that they will comply to a LEED certification while afterward, with all constraints, certification is simply abandoned.

We put in our list Certified Project Directory and projects that have not yet received a certification Registered Directory Project according to the site the U.S. Green Building Council.
