Without being a major architectural construction, Orange Julep is still part of the Montreal landscape. It is in the 10 best known symbols list drawn up by the Montreal newspaper The Gazette.
This huge orange ball is located near the racetrack Montreal Blue Bonnets almost along the Decarie expressway, which contributes greatly to its popularity because it is seen by thousands of motorists every day.
